White Mountain 20 quart Ice cream maker Pictures

Commercial 20 quart White Mountain freezer. This was my Christmas present! Thank you Amanda! These commercial units can make 21 5 gallon batches of ice cream in a 5 hour day

Ok Here is the first batch with this freezer. 20 eggs, 3 quarts of cream. 5 lbs of sugar and 3 gal of milk. oh and 100 lbs of Ice.

We like to harden off the ice cream, We drain the water and repack the ice and salt for about 3-4 hours. It is so good!
