NOTE:
When the black handset lead is not mentioned, place it on the "B" terminal on the network.
The "E" terminals noted on some designations are on ITT networks.
And are the same as the "S" & "T" terminals on Western networks.
 
These terminals are tie points, there are no circuit paths to network internals. Only what is placed on that terminal.
 
A network is a network is a network. They are all circuit wise, the same.
Older ones may be slightly different. But over all the terminal markings are the same on each.
